Edmond has lived in the Lake Keowee area since 1978 making a home on Lake  Keowee since 1986. He is a SC native and a graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. Degree in Financial Mgt. He brings a strong background in business management and is President of Upstate Development Group, Inc. as well. He is also a SC Licensed Residential builder and is active in development activities ranging from subdivision development to waterfront speculative homes and investment properties. He brings strong technical marketing skills to the team and coordinates all web marketing and property marketing for the team.
He is an avid, long time Clemson fan and you can find him at all the sporting events. He is also a SC Certified Barbecue Judge and enjoys cooking and judging events across the state. He is also an avid snow skier, boater, sailor and enjoys scuba diving. Edmond is very passionate about Lake Keowee and loves to introduce families to the Lake Keowee area.
